You will need to bring a copy of your Texas Sales Tax Permit form to display in your booth. Collecting/reporting sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received, and you will be notified via email of acceptance. The review process takes several weeks, so please be patient with us. We do limit clothing and jewelry so boutiques need to please apply early. Petticoats on the Prairie is a juried show and we reserve the right to refuse any vendors.
Please note, if you are accepted, you WILL NOT be guaranteed a space until payment is made. Once accepted to the show a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email address on your application. Payment can be made through PayPal OR by printing the invoice and mailing it with a check/money order to POTP, P.O. Box 843 Colorado City, Texas 79512. No refunds will be made for payments and payments are not carried over from show to show.
