You MUST bring a copy of your Texas Sales Tax Permit form to display in your booth. Collecting/reporting sales tax is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
Products you will be bringing to show (You must have approval for all the general types of items you will have in your booth.) No Direct Sales at this time. Pictures, pictures! We love pictures so please email photos of your booth set-up from prior shows, you’re application will not be considered without photos!

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received and you will be notified via email of acceptance. NO Direct Sales at this time. The review process takes several weeks, so please be patient with us. We do limit clothing and jewelry so please apply early. Petticoats on the Prairie is a juried show and we reserve the right to refuse any vendors.
By submitting this application, you agree to vendor contract and terms below. The vendor is responsible for the security of his or her own merchandise during the show and after hours. All entrances will be locked at night and will not be opened until we return the next morning. The applicant agrees that Petticoats on the Prairie Vintage Market is NOT responsible for any dispute, controversy, or lawsuit concerning any items sold, displayed, traded or in any manner exchanged during as a result of the show. The vendor also agrees that Petticoats on the Prairie Vintage Market is NOT responsible for any accidents causing harm to either person or property while attending the show.

WIFI is provided free of charge, but speed/cell service is NOT guaranteed. Please make sure you bring “back-up” forms of accepting payment. Normally, vendors do use the WIFI with no issues; however, it is always better to be prepared.
Have a camper/RV and interested in camping? Please let us know when you will arrive and how many nights you need!
The Coliseum has hook-ups (electricity and water only) Dump station is located on the grounds. Cost is $20 per night for 30 amp and 50 amp. The fees are set by The Coliseum and we simply pass along the money to them.

Please note, if you are accepted, you WILL NOT be guaranteed a space until payment is made. Location of each vendor space is under the sole discretion of POTP. Special locations may be requested and we will do our best to accommodate your requests but final location is determined by POTP. Once accepted to the show a PayPal invoice will be sent to the email address on your application if requested. Payment can also be made by printing the invoice and mailing it with a check/money order to POTP, P.O. Box 843 Colorado City, Texas 79512. No refunds will be made for payments and payments are not carried over from show to show. Thank you for your interest in the show!
