**You must bring a copy of your Texas Sales Tax Permit form to display in your booth. Collecting/reporting sales tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
SORRY, AT THIS TIME WE DON’T ALLOW DIRECT SALES!
Products you will be bringing to show...you must have approval for ALL the general types of items you will have in your booth. Pictures, pictures! We love pictures so please email photos of your booth set-up from prior shows along with your application!

If you have any special requests you MUST put this on your initial application. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but we can’t guarantee everyone will get an end-cap or wall. We will certainly do our best!
First come, first paid is first served!
We DO NOT provide any tables or chairs, you will need to bring everything for your booth with you to the show, including extension cords, power strips, etc.
Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received and you will be notified via email of acceptance.
The review process takes several weeks, so please be patient with us. We do limit clothing and jewelry so please apply early. Petticoats on the Prairie is a juried show and we reserve the right to refuse any vendors. POTP also reserves the right to assign all space locations and change space assignments and sizes prior to or during the show, if such a change is deemed by POTP to be in the overall best interest of the show.
Please note, if you are accepted, you WILL NOT be guaranteed a space until payment is made.

Have a camper/RV and interested in camping?
The Mallet has hook-ups (electricity and water) for 30 amp and 50 amp campers. Cost is $20 per night.
